What we solve
The infrastructure gap in Northern Pakistan
Moving goods and food across a mountain region is genuinely hard. Distances that take minutes in a flat city take hours here, roads are seasonal and weather-dependent, and the large delivery platforms that serve Lahore and Karachi have never had a reason to operate in Gilgit-Baltistan.
So for a long time the only options were a shop's own delivery boy, a shared taxi, or no delivery at all. That meant local businesses could not reach customers beyond walking distance, and customers could not reach local businesses at all.
Oderela is the layer that was missing: last-mile delivery across Northern Pakistan, on-demand courier and dispatch for businesses, and a marketplace where local producers can sell directly. Cash on delivery, no app download, no cards — because that is how commerce actually works here.
We are live in Gahkuch Town in District Ghizer and in Gilgit City. The model travels, so the next towns go faster than the last.

What we stand for
Build for the region
We are not a global platform working its way down to Northern Pakistan. This region has terrain, weather, distances and payment habits that only local operating knowledge accounts for. We are building for it directly.
Keep it simple
No accounts required. No apps to download. No cards needed. We remove every unnecessary step between a customer and their order.
Move real commerce
Local businesses are the backbone of any town. Our job is to give them reach and logistics they could not build for themselves, and to give producers a marketplace that carries their goods further.
Be reliable
When someone places an order or books a courier, they are trusting us with something that matters. Reliability is the product — riders, timings and support all have to hold up.
Grow responsibly
We expand one town at a time, and only once we can hold the quality there. We'd rather do a few cities properly than rush into twenty.
Accessible to everyone
Oderela should work for anyone with a phone and an internet connection. No technical knowledge required, no barriers to entry.
Where we operate
Live in Gahkuch and Gilgit City
Oderela is live in Gahkuch Town in District Ghizer and in Gilgit City. Riders, outlets and delivery zones are running in both right now.
The first build was the hard one — recruiting and training riders, onboarding outlets, mapping zones, earning trust in a market no platform had served before. Every town after that reuses that playbook: the systems, the rider training and the outlet onboarding process are already built, so expansion is a repeat rather than a first attempt.
We expand one town at a time and only announce a town once it is actually open. Northern Pakistan is the focus; beyond that, the same infrastructure applies anywhere with the same gap between local businesses and their customers.
