Ordering is straightforward
We built Oderela to be as frictionless as possible. You shouldn't need to figure anything out. Open the site and go.
Browse
Open oderela.com on any phone or browser. On a slow connection use fast.oderela.com; if you prefer our newest interface, web.oderela.com. No app to download, no account to create.
Pick what you want
Browse local restaurants, home kitchens, and shops. Search for something specific or just see what's available. Add items to your cart as you go.
Place your order
Enter your name, phone number, and delivery address. Add any notes for the kitchen if you need. Then place the order.
We deliver, you pay cash
A rider picks up your order and brings it to your door. You pay cash when it arrives. No cards, no digital wallets, no surprises.
Real-time tracking
Know exactly where your order is
After you place an order, you get a tracking link. You can see the status update in real time, from when the outlet confirms it to when it's on the way to you.
No need to call anyone or guess what's happening. Everything is visible on your tracking page.

A phone or computer
Any device with a browser. Android, iPhone, laptop — it doesn't matter.
Internet connection
Any basic mobile connection works. You need it to browse and place your order.
Cash for delivery
You pay the rider when your order arrives. Exact change is helpful but not required.

Do I need to create an account?
No. You can place an order without signing up. Just enter your name, phone number, and address at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery only, for now. You pay the rider when your order arrives. No cards or digital wallets needed.
Where does Oderela deliver?
We are live in Gahkuch Town in District Ghizer and in Gilgit City. We expand town by town, and we only announce a town once it is actually open.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the outlet and where you are. The outlet's preparation time is usually the biggest factor. You can track your order live after placing it.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Email us at [email protected] with your order details. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
Which site should I order from?
All three ordering sites share the same outlets, riders and prices. Use oderela.com by default, fast.oderela.com on a weak connection or an older phone, and web.oderela.com if you prefer our newest interface. See our sites for the full list.
Can I order from more than one outlet at once?
Each order comes from a single outlet for now. If you want items from different places, place separate orders.
