01 — About Oderela

Oderela is a local commerce and delivery platform operating in Northern Pakistan. We connect customers with local outlets — including restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and retailers — and facilitate doorstep delivery through our rider network.

By using our platform (website or any related service), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Oderela operates across several sites — oderela.com, web.oderela.com and fast.oderela.com. These terms cover all of them. Services aimed at businesses — Oderela Business and Oderela Bazaar — are governed separately by their own terms.

02 — Placing Orders

When you place an order on Oderela, you are entering into a purchase agreement with the outlet fulfilling your order. Oderela acts as the platform and delivery coordinator, not the seller.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the outlet.
• Prices displayed are set by the outlets and may change at any time.
• You must provide accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses may result in failed delivery.
• Payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery).

03 — Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, distance, and outlet preparation time. Oderela is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

• Delivery fees are determined by your selected zone and are shown before order confirmation.
• You must be available at the delivery address when your order arrives.
• If you are unavailable, the rider may attempt to contact you. Repeated failures may result in order cancellation.

04 — Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before the outlet begins preparation. To cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected].

• Once an outlet starts preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible.
• If you receive a wrong or significantly incorrect order, contact us within 1 hour of delivery. We will work to make it right.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis at Oderela's discretion.

05 — Information We Collect

To fulfil your order, we collect the following information:

• Your name and phone number
• Your delivery address
• Your order details and history

This information is used solely for order fulfilment, customer support, and improving our service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside the scope of delivering your order.

By placing an order, you consent to us sharing your name, phone number, and address with the relevant outlet and rider for fulfilment purposes.

06 — User Accounts

Oderela does not offer public self-registration. Outlet and rider accounts are created by our team after manual verification. Customers currently do not require an account to place orders.

If you are granted an outlet or partner account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity conducted under your account.

07 — Outlet Partners

Outlets listed on Oderela are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, pricing, and product availability. Oderela does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by outlet partners.

• Outlets must honour listed prices and descriptions.
• Outlets that consistently fail to fulfil orders correctly may be suspended or removed from the platform.
• Commission terms are agreed individually with each outlet partner.

08 — Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platform. This includes:

• Placing fraudulent or fake orders.
• Providing false delivery information.
• Harassing riders, outlet staff, or Oderela team members.
• Attempting to access or tamper with our systems.

Violations may result in being permanently blocked from using the service.

09 — Limitation of Liability

Oderela provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses caused by service outages, order errors by outlets, or delivery delays beyond our control.

Our maximum liability in any situation is limited to the value of the affected order.

10 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Oderela after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
