24/7 delivery is on the roadmap

One of the most common requests we hear from customers is simple: be available when they need us, not just during business hours.

We're listening. 24/7 delivery is one of our core goals, and we're actively working toward making it happen.

What this means in practice

Right now, our delivery availability follows the operating hours of the outlets on our platform. As more outlets stay open later, and as we grow our rider network, we'll be able to extend coverage through the night.

The goal isn't just to say we're 24/7. It's to actually be reliable around the clock. That means having enough riders, enough open outlets, and the operational setup to back it up.

When?

We don't have a firm date yet, but this is a priority for 2026. We'll announce it properly when we're confident we can deliver on the promise.
